The Naa Kahídi Dancers play an important role in achieving that mission. The group is comprised of Lingít people from the community of Sitka ranging from newborn babes cradled in their mother’s arms to 75 year-old Elders who sit at the feet of the Dancers. The Community House - Sheetka Kwaan Naa Kahidi - is a wonderful place to gather. The totem art inspires, and the local natural wood seems alive. What's nice is the vast variety of community events held there.
